Steve Walman is the Managing Broker of Walman Commercial Real Estate Services, L.L.C., specializing in retail commercial real estate services in the Tulsa Metro Area. Steve has 20 years experience in the development and leasing of shopping centers including projects in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, in addition to the Tulsa Metro Area.

For 8 years, Steve was involved with new project leasing and site development for national development companies; Zaremba Corporation, Cleveland, OH and Pan Pacific Development, Seattle, WA. Upon returning to Tulsa to raise a family, Steve was an Associate Broker and Partner at a local brokerage company until starting Walman Commercial Real Estate Services in 2002.

Joining Walman Commercial Real Estate as Vice President in 2004, Michelle currently oversees three sales associates on a portfolio of 42 shopping centers totaling over four million square feet.

Primarily focusing on project leasing for the last three years, Michelle has successfully completed lease transactions worth more than 15 million dollars. Michelle continues to represent several national and regional tenants: Camille’s Sidewalk Café, Jamba Juice, Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream, Batteries Plus, Coney Beach, Tulsa Hair Company, and 17 Minute Fitness in addition to several others.

Michelle’s success in commercial real estate can be attributed to her high level of service and commitment to her clients… small, large, local or national. With the effective application of her market knowledge and leasing expertise, Michelle continues to meet and exceed her client’s objectives.

Michelle attended Northeastern State University prior to her seven years in property management, and an additional four years as a retail specialist for CB Richard Ellis/OK.
